Senior Advisor/ Partner

You are currently established as an advisor in recruitment or similar fields of expertise, and can continue your own portfolio of client relationships and principals. Your education is relevant and you have varied experience within organisation, leadership and consultancy. You are regarded as a “top person” in your own specialty and have enough capacity to share both your own competence and relationships. Your professional integrity is exemplary and you wish to develop further, both professionally and commercially. We believe it is important that our advisors should have the opportunity to become co-owners and make it easy to do so. 

Advisor/ Consultant

We are seeking a person with 3 – 6 years’ work experience after completing higher education. We believe you are currently in a consultancy environment, with a broad range of projects behind you. You have advised and helped high-level executives and recognise personally the problems faced by executive groups and boards. You have developed an interest for HR/Organisation & Management/Strategy, and would like to develop this further in a more specialised environment. You will be given the opportunity to learn “our” subject and be involved in our on-going projects. At the same time, we want you to have the will and ability to acquaint yourself with all aspects of our activities, and we would like you to help us develop and gradually adapt to changes.

Advisor Research & Analysis

The tasks of our researchers are primarily to support the advisors in charting, identifying and assessing candidates in connection with concrete recruitment assignments. Apart from this, pro-active analysis is important; a continuous charting and maintenance of contact with the foremost talents in the Norwegian market, as well as ensuring that as a company we are up-dated on movements and trends in Norwegian working life.

We believe you have some work experience after finishing your education. This could be experience of recruitment, personnel development, sales, analysis, journalism or the like. The correct person will want to “rise in the ranks” with us, and develop skills in order to be able to take up a role as consultant/advisor.
